I was on a rollercoaster trying to manage my PCOS symptoms through trial and error. I would sometimes be 110% motivated and hard core only to loose steam after 1-2 weeks! After years of trying fad diets and the lastest workout trends, I felt hopeless from seeing no results from my efforts.
Despite working in the Western health care system myself as pharmacist, knowing the ins & outs and advocating for myself, I hardly got the support I truly needed. Looking at research and through my own journey I learned that despite what society has made us believe, our hormones are actually our super power (when balanced!). After realizing that, I knew I could only achieve my health goals of weight loss and regular cycles by looking beyond just diet and exercise.
When I managed my PCOS and hormone health from a holistic perspective, I started to see results! At first it was hard to be consistent and keeping track of everything was overwhelming. Through more years of trial and error, I mastered a method of staying on top of my hormone health in an easy and clear way that made me feel empowered! I now use these tips and tools to support my clients in not only achieving their goals but also feeling confident and happy!
